Pure Fluid Energy Gel is a Flavoured with real fruit and fruit juices and easy to consume. The gels are not sickly sweet (no added fructose) and are light in consistency, making them easier to consume while exercising and racing.
Designed for use during exercise, they contain 25-26g carbohydrates and are a highly practical way to provide a fast energy boost in easy to open packaging. Use 15 minutes prior to activity then every 30-40 minutes during exercise, up to a maximum of 10 servings per day.
